What you'll do

• Provide leadership and oversight of all nursing and clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with AAAHC, CMS, OSHA, CDC, AORN, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee infection prevention, quality assurance, QAPI, and patient safety programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership teams to optimize patient care and operational workflows.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance management of clinical staff.
