AAA Care Coordinator

Job overview

The AAA Care Coordinator role is based onsite in Flagstaff, AZ; a hybrid work model may be considered after successful completion of the probationary period, based on program needs and performance. Pay is $22.67 per hour for 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Northern Arizona Council of Governments supports individuals in aging with dignity, grace, and honor through program services. The coordinator assesses applicants’ needs and eligibility, identifies appropriate services, maintains client records, makes referrals, advocates for support, and monitors service quality and program compliance. The role also responds to public inquiries about program services.
