What you'll do

• Lead proposals, qualifications packages, and statements of interest
• align proposals with billing rates, utilization targets, and profitability goals
• write, edit, and format materials
• analyze RFP/RFQ requirements
• coordinate content, scope, fee estimates, schedules, and strategy meetings
• ensure submissions meet client requirements and deadlines
• review pricing and scope
• maintain templates, project descriptions, resumes, and boilerplate
• support go/no-go decisions, interviews, marketing content, CRM data, and events.
