Reporting to the CEO, the COO leads operational and administrative systems, processes, and workflows to support efficient clinic operations, patient encounter targets, budget goals, quality, and service excellence. The role also contributes to strategic planning and oversees clinic managers, compliance readiness, workforce development, facilities coordination, and operational improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee internal clinic operations and administrative functions
• design and implement operating strategies, plans, procedures, and policies
• set and monitor performance and growth goals
• manage vendor and partner relationships
• collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on strategic plans
• establish patient visit and staffing targets with clinic managers and clinical directors
• supervise and mentor clinic managers
• lead clinic process improvements
• manage safety and emergency preparedness
• support HRSA requirements, risk management, recruiting and retention, facilities, and coordination with IT, HIT, and Finance.
