MEP Construction Manager, Mission-Critical Electrical Systems

The MEP Construction Manager role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with compensation of $70–$90 per hour. What you'll do

• Manage MEP construction activities from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover
• coordinate scope with general contractors, design teams, vendors, and subcontractors
• manage schedules, phasing, budgets, procurement, change orders, and cost controls
• oversee electrical installation and integration with mechanical and IT infrastructure
• oversee testing and integrated systems testing
• enforce quality and commissioning requirements
• review submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and method statements
• lead coordination meetings and provide progress documentation.
