What you'll do

• Oversee Public Housing, Section 8/HCV, Maintenance, and assigned programs
• manage supervisory staff and program compliance
• interpret federal regulations
• develop and oversee contract administration systems
• prepare reports and communications
• support Board of Commissioners meetings
• address tenant, landlord, and staff concerns
• develop marketing strategies to meet utilization goals
• collaborate with Finance on budgets and forecasts
• ensure compliance with applicable requirements
• oversee HUD reporting
• lead and mentor staff
• maintain relationships with HUD, contractors, vendors, community partners, and local officials
• support nonprofit affiliates, LLCs, and real estate initiatives as assigned.
