What you'll do

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing knowledgeable product information.
• Uphold merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory replenishment.
• Lead company programs such as loyalty participation and credit card enrollment.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities and store goals.
• Build and lead a strong team through hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
