What you'll do

• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items for line and special-function use
• cover, date, and store meats, poultry, and seafood
• notify the Sous Chef of expected shortages
• follow health and food-safety regulations
• recommend maintenance and upkeep needs
• assist with other kitchen duties as instructed.
