Bilingual Behavior Technician (Spanish/English) — Part-Time

The Bilingual Behavior Technician (Spanish/English) position provides part-time, in-home services in Greensboro, NC, for 12–20 hours per week. Compensation is $19–$26 per hour, based on experience, education, and certifications. Butterfly Effects provides applied behavior analysis services to children and families affected by autism. The technician implements individualized behavior intervention plans under a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst’s direction, helping children build communication, social interaction, academic, and self-care skills. The role also tracks progress, communicates with families and the treatment team, and participates in ongoing training.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction
• observe, record, and report client progress and behavior
• manage challenging behaviors and apply behavioral principles consistently
• assist clients with academic and life skills
• communicate with parents, analysts, trainers, and clients
• participate as an active treatment-team member
• complete accurate daily paperwork and data collection
• participate in training
• maintain client confidentiality and follow company policies.
