Mail Machine Operator, Second Shift

The Mail Machine Operator, Second Shift role is onsite in Lincoln, RI. Pay is $19–$22 per hour, depending on experience. FSSI provides document outsourcing services to companies in financial, banking, insurance, and billing industries. The operator runs and sets up high-volume mailing equipment, processes mail accurately, and maintains production quality and throughput in a print and mail processing environment.

What you'll do

• Operate Pitney Bowes intelligent inserters with barcode scanning and camera validation
• set up inserting systems for production
• process damaged and diverted mail
• sort completed mail jobs
• meet department quality standards
• process stock returns
• perform additional assigned work. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 4 p.m.–12:30 a.m.
• overtime may require earlier starts, later finishes, or weekend shifts during high-volume cycles.

Why this role
