What you'll do

• Provide armed courthouse security
• screen people and items at entrances
• patrol facilities and grounds
• monitor CCTV, alarms, and assigned posts
• provide armed escorts when directed
• control traffic and pedestrian access where applicable
• enforce federal law and court orders
• prepare incident and contract-performance reports
• inspect and secure courtrooms and test security devices.
