IT Security Specialist — Infrastructure Security

What you'll do

• Administer Windows, Linux, VMware, and cloud infrastructure
• implement security baselines, access controls, and hardening
• identify, prioritize, track, and remediate vulnerabilities
• coordinate patching and validate deployments
• assess configurations against security standards and support audits
• secure virtual machines and cloud services
• use Tanium or similar tools for asset discovery, endpoint management, vulnerability assessment, patching, and remediation
• develop PowerShell, Bash, or Python automation
• troubleshoot infrastructure and security issues
• maintain incident and change records
• document configurations and procedures
• perform occasional after-hours maintenance, patching, and remediation.
