What you'll do

• Develop algorithms for scheduling, resource allocation, link adaptation, interference management, spectrum coordination, latency, and fairness
• define tractable problems from observed performance issues
• validate ideas with simulations, offline analysis, and field data
• design for robustness
• implement production C++
• support integration, field validation, and deployment
• review designs and code
• collaborate with systems engineering, DSP, and field teams
• evaluate machine-learning approaches under embedded real-time constraints
• mentor engineers.
