The role provides therapy through Resilient Kids Child & Family Therapy in partnership with Buddy’s Place, a nonprofit expanding access to nature-based wellness. The clinician provides therapy to children, adolescents, and families while supervising and mentoring associate clinicians. The role contributes to clinical care and program development by integrating evidence-based approaches with nature, animals, gardens, and experiential interventions when clinically appropriate.

What you'll do

  • Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and families using evidence-based approaches and nature-based modalities
  • supervise one to two associate clinicians
  • maintain approximately 25 completed sessions weekly
  • complete documentation accurately and on time
  • participate in consultation and professional development
  • contribute to program development and a collaborative clinical culture.
