What you'll do

• Deliver interventions based on teacher-developed instructional plans
• provide small-group or individualized instruction, tutoring, and guided practice
• report intervention outcomes through daily student reports
• administer assessments and screeners
• maintain student files, activity logs, and time-and-effort documentation
• communicate student progress and concerns to teachers
• assist with behavior expectations and classroom safety
• may attend parent-teacher conferences or serve on school teams as needed.
