The role contributes through case strategy, legal analysis and drafting, courtroom and alternative dispute resolution work, and direct client communication about case status and risk.

What you'll do

• Manage litigation matters from intake through settlement, arbitration, or trial
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• conduct legal research and case analysis
• attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
• conduct and defend depositions
• develop litigation strategies and manage case progression
• review contracts and project records
• communicate with clients about strategy, status, and risk
• collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
