The Human Resources Generalist — Distribution Center role is onsite in Lancaster, TX, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., for 40 hours per week. Pay is $31.75–$32.75 per hour. The role provides HR support for distribution center employees, contingent workers, supervisors, and site leadership. The generalist supports employee relations, recruiting coordination, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations in a high-volume environment. Through responsive employee support, accurate documentation, and follow-through, the role helps site leaders maintain consistent workplace practices and operational readiness.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee questions
• support employee relations intake, fact-finding, documentation, investigations, corrective action preparation, and follow-up
• partner with managers on attendance, conduct, performance, safety, training, and workplace standards
• coordinate recruiting activities and onboarding
• maintain HR records, reports, trackers, dashboards, and audit files
• assist with employment checks, training follow-up, documentation audits, and policy acknowledgments
• support unemployment claims, employment verifications, job description maintenance, tuition reimbursement, and other HR administration
• contribute to workforce planning, engagement, supervisor training, process improvement, and operational readiness initiatives.
