The Web Pressman II (Press Machine Operator II) — 2nd Shift role is onsite in Saint Cloud, MN. Compensation is $23–$28 per hour. The position is in Impact Connects’ Offset Printing department and reports to the Pressroom Manager. The role operates and supports web printing presses, completing setups and production runs while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. It also supports Level I press employees through guidance and on-the-job training, helping the pressroom meet production schedules and reduce waste and downtime.

What you'll do

• Operate assigned sections of web presses
• perform press setup, makeready, and changeovers
• load and thread paper webs and adjust tension, registration, and ink flow
• monitor press performance and print quality
• troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex problems
• inspect and approve samples
• document quality checks and production data
• follow safety, lockout/tagout, and PPE procedures
• clean and perform basic preventive maintenance on presses
• guide and train Level I employees
• coordinate with maintenance, quality, and finishing departments
• meet production schedules and efficiency targets.

Why this role

Shift is 3:30 PM–3:30 AM. Training takes place Monday through Wednesday; after training, employees must be available for a rotating Monday–Wednesday and Thursday–Saturday schedule. Employee ownership through an ESOP.
