What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations
• process purchases and returns
• support sales initiatives and loyalty programs
• train and provide feedback to associates
• help schedule staff and manage payroll tasks
• maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• reconcile transactions and deposits
• and supervise and delegate tasks when the Store Manager is absent.
