What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact with city staff and attend public commission, board, or council meetings
• represent cities at regional meetings as requested
• lead planning, design, and construction of transportation, water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects
• ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• develop or update improvement standards and drawings
• review development applications and improvement plans
• manage project schedules and budgets
• prepare or oversee funding applications and feasibility studies
• support construction contract administration, public bidding, and construction
• supervise and mentor engineers and technicians
• prepare project and compliance reports, presentations, and documentation.
