What you'll do

• Build member relationships and provide first-class service
• conduct loan interviews, underwrite loans, review loan documents for credit union and regulatory standards, and conduct loan closings
• assist members with opening accounts and service requests
• direct, develop, motivate, and support branch staff
• conduct yearly performance evaluations and monthly coaching sessions
• work with the team toward branch growth goals.
