What you'll do

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• document histories, symptoms, and medications in the EHR
• assist providers during neurological exams and procedures
• prepare exam rooms, equipment, and supplies
• support EEG preparation and coordination
• schedule and confirm appointments
• handle intake forms and insurance verification
• coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and diagnostic orders
• maintain HIPAA-compliant records
• follow clinic safety and infection-control procedures.
