What you'll do

• Support accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls
• partner with the Global Controller to evaluate financial trends and operational performance
• provide analysis and recommendations
• participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives
• develop financial reporting and KPIs
• identify process, profitability, and control improvements
• provide technical accounting guidance and mentorship
• lead projects that improve efficiency and reporting
• collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and Executive Leadership.
