Patient Support Aide

Job overview

The Patient Support Aide role is onsite in Millis, MA, with compensation of $20–$23 per hour. SYNERGY HomeCare provides compassionate support to clients in their homes. The aide helps clients with personal care and everyday activities, mobility, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping. Following individualized care plans and communicating changes to the care team helps clients receive reliable support in their homes.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care and everyday activities
• support walking, mobility, transfers, and positioning
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping
• follow individualized care plans and daily routines
• inform the care team of changes in client conditions or needs.
