What you'll do

• Coordinate daily launch of cleaning teams
• manage schedules, routes, call-offs, coverage, and customer communication

• set expectations and address performance issues
• monitor quality through feedback, inspections, documentation, and follow-up
• respond to customer concerns
• maintain employee, customer, and operational records
• track performance indicators
• identify growth opportunities
• provide field support when needed.
