The Director of Tasting Room and Wine Club Operations role is onsite in Temecula, CA. The stated salary range is $90,000–$100,000 per year. The director oversees tasting room, wine club, gift shop, and online store operations for South Coast Winery Resort & Spa and Carter Estate Winery and Resort. The role develops and executes strategies to improve guest experiences, grow wine club membership and retail sales, and strengthen operational performance across both winery properties. It also leads teams and coordinates programming and promotions with Marketing.

What you'll do

• Lead tasting room and wine club operations at both properties
• develop strategies for membership growth and retention
• drive tasting room sales, retail performance, and profitability
• create guest and member experiences
• recruit, coach, mentor, and develop leadership teams
• design wine club programming and events
• partner with Marketing on promotions and communications
• analyze sales trends and operational reports
• oversee budgets, forecasting, inventory controls, and department performance
• and build community and wine-industry relationships.
