What you'll do

• Set up and strike chairs, seating platforms, basketball floors, staging, and risers
• lead overnight conversions and ice rink builds
• drive and maintain the Zamboni
• oversee ice rink operations
• schedule conversion and operations crews
• prepare shift and event reports
• assign tasks, manage breaks, evaluate employees, and provide feedback on crew efficiency.
