What you'll do

• Provide training in self-help, socialization, adaptive, communication, and other skills
• follow individual service plans and care routines
• assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, meals, medication, and household tasks
• provide respite and supervision
• give first aid and attention to illness or injury
• observe and report safety concerns
• schedule services around family routines
• maintain required documentation
• provide safe transportation.
