This role exists to operate medical diagnostic imaging equipment and assist in imaging procedures such as angiography, as well as those performed in the Interventional Radiology Lab.

What you'll do

• Demonstrate accountability and responsibility and perform procedures and care in a caring, compassionate, and respectful manner
• Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe, competent manner
• Accurately perform technical radiographic procedures
• Assist in administration of contrast media
• Obtain high-quality radiographic images and review quality
• Obtain and document all pertinent patient information prior to exam, obtain informed consent
• Maintain proactive and effective communication with patient and other caregiver colleagues
• Responsible for rotating call assignments.

What we're looking for

Education

Associate Degree from a 2-year AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology

Experience

Minimum of 1-3 years licensed experience in Radiology; one (1) year of IR experience preferred
