Construction Manager

What you'll do

• Travel to job sites and verify installation against scope and drawings
• manage construction activity and report issues to the Project Manager
• check installation quality
• interpret drawings
• address job-site safety
• remain onsite while contractors are working, which may require 12-hour days
• host pre-shift meetings
• maintain permits and daily reports
• review proposals and change orders
• track hours and costs
• help control expenses and budgets.
