What you'll do

• Read and understand specification sheets and thread charts
• tape out warps on the beam and machine sley points
• thread and install bars in knitting machines
• remove bars, clean and grease bearings, and identify worn parts
• sley yarn
• assist knitters when needed
• complete production tickets
• recognize quality problems
• maintain knitting-room housekeeping.
