What you'll do

• Assist TurboTax customers with tax advice, full-service return preparation and signature, product or software inquiries, and tax calculations
• use video communications software to interact with customers
• research government and professional resources to provide answers in everyday language
• resolve inquiries using defined practices and policies
• document customer interactions
• work toward company KPI metrics and goals
• participate in pilot testing and experience validations as needed
• complete required training and development.
