What you'll do

• Inspect foundations and framing systems
• meet clients at construction sites and document observations and needs
• apply engineering principles and JDS standards to identify cost-effective solutions
• evaluate construction work against plans and specifications
• prepare daily field reports and technical engineering reports
• communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• research technical questions
• use sound judgment and risk management in field decisions
• obtain required certifications and participate in training.
