What you'll do

• Assist customers with identifying and purchasing Toyota parts and accessories
• use parts catalogs, electronic systems, and VIN information
• answer questions about availability, pricing, compatibility, and delivery
• coordinate parts for repair orders
• place orders
• receive and verify shipments
• stock and organize inventory
• process returns and warranty-related parts
• maintain accurate records and a clean, safe department.
