The Associate Direct Support Professional is an onsite role in Springfield, VA. What you'll do

• Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in finding, engaging in, and advocating for activities
• assess activities and physical spaces for risks and provide necessary support
• communicate verbally and in writing about activities and safety
• provide physical support as needed, including support for individuals weighing 200 pounds or more.
