What you'll do

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within licensure
• communicate resident needs and participate in shift reports
• complete admission nursing assessments and assist with MDS assessments, quarterly reviews, and care plans
• document diagnoses, assessments, treatments, and progress
• assist with direct resident care and activities of daily living
• provide limited supervision and participate in staff training
• use AMS methods for problem-solving and process improvement.
