Life Engagement Coach — Full-Time

Job overview

The Life Engagement Coach position is onsite in Barnum, MN, with a starting wage of $17 per hour. The role supports residents in living with purpose through physical fitness, brain fitness, dining, and social and spiritual enrichment. The coach coordinates and carries out resident activities, encourages participation, supports evening engagement plans, and helps maintain an environment that promotes socialization and purposeful living. The role also assists with transportation for resident outings and appointments.

What you'll do

• Help create and carry out activity calendars and personal schedules
• ensure supplies and working technology are available
• invite and assist residents to participate
• coordinate evening engagement plans with caregivers and follow up on execution
• assist with activity budgets
• communicate respectfully with residents, families, and team members
• support hospitality and an engaging home environment
• drive the community vehicle for outings and appointments.
