What you'll do

• Lead the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll oversight, bank reconciliations, and month-end close. Prepare financial statements, work-in-progress schedules, job profitability reports, and management reporting. Manage construction accounting processes including AIA billing, pay applications, job costing, change orders, lien waivers, percentage-of-completion accounting, and revenue recognition. Maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete reporting, cash planning, and variance analysis. Partner with project managers, estimators, and operations leaders
• maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• coordinate with external financial and business partners
• improve accounting systems and reporting
• and supervise and develop accounting team members.
