What you'll do

• Conduct compliance and quality assurance audits
• report incidents to the Justice Center and New York State Office of Mental Health
• investigate allegations of client abuse and neglect
• audit insurance claims and agency programs
• provide staff training
• develop policies and procedures
• monitor and help develop the compliance program
• perform HIPAA Privacy Officer duties
• coordinate staff orientation
• monitor AWARD Helpdesk and Zendesk
• participate in the Incident Review and Staff Development committees. The posting states 24/7 on-call coverage for serious incidents.
