Job overview

Compensation is $18–$25 per hour. The Applied Behavior Analysis Behavior Technician role is onsite in Worcester, MA, with a stated schedule of 20–25 hours per week after school hours; numerically. Autism Health Services provides clinical support and mentorship for work with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. The role helps clients build social, behavioral, and daily-living skills through one-to-one and group therapy. Technicians implement supervisor-prescribed protocols, collect session data, communicate progress and concerns, and collaborate with clinical teams and families.

What you'll do

• Provide direct client care in one-to-one and group settings
• follow behavioral skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction protocols
• record and summarize client data after sessions
• communicate progress and parental concerns to the BCBA
• maintain confidentiality and a safe therapy environment
• attend required training.
