What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• present menus and answer questions
• recommend food and beverages
• take and enter orders in the POS system
• deliver food and beverages
• monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests
• process payments
• communicate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen
• prepare and reset tables
• maintain dining-area cleanliness
• support opening, closing, banquet, private dining, and event service as needed
• follow food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
