What you'll do

• Lead internal workplace investigations and help improve employee relationships
• support club leadership through action planning and talent assessments
• execute programs and initiatives developed by the central People & Culture team
• coach club managers on people-management skills
• assess club atmosphere and escalate themes and incidents through established feedback loops
• synthesize and escalate themes to Employee Relations
• generate HR data reports as needed
• travel to field locations within the assigned region as needed.
