The Engineering Technician – Semiconductor Manufacturing role is onsite in Gloucester, MA. Pay is $30.00–$35.00 per hour, excluding any hourly differential. The technician supports production, engineering, and new product introduction activities involving advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role builds, tests, assembles, and troubleshoots electro-mechanical systems and specialized equipment, helping maintain production support and engineering readiness. It also documents test work, supports installations and upgrades, and contributes to continuous improvement and safe operations.

What you'll do

• Perform electro-mechanical design support, testing, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly
• build and test electronics, prototypes, and specialized equipment
• support system installs, NPI activities, and field upgrades
• conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing
• document procedures and results
• perform rework and generate quality notifications when required
• follow safety procedures.
