What you'll do

• Greet arriving customers and assist with luggage
• review rental charges and provide receipts
• ask about customer satisfaction
• inspect vehicles and fuel levels
• complete service alerts for reported damage
• identify vehicles on hold and verify movement to the correct lot
• assist with vehicle cleaning as needed
• organize the lot
• maintain knowledge of rental documents, fuel services, surcharges, optional coverage, and damage/loss reporting.
