Accounts Payable Associate

The role helps keep financial records accurate and supports the Accounting Department’s payment and reporting processes.

What you'll do

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices
• match invoices with purchase orders, receiving documents, and approvals
• verify general ledger and job-cost coding
• resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• prepare check runs and electronic payments
• set up vendors and maintain tax documentation
• reconcile vendor statements
• review expense reports and card transactions
• assist with month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, audits, and 1099 preparation
• maintain organized and confidential records.
