What you'll do

• Serve as the primary customer contact by phone and email
• recommend industrial thermal solutions
• process orders, quotations, returns, credits, and exchanges
• troubleshoot product, pricing, availability, billing, and order-status issues
• source products through approved vendors
• identify complementary product opportunities
• use ERP, CRM, telephony, vendor portals, and Microsoft Office
• document customer interactions
• collaborate with engineering, purchasing, sales, and operations
• share customer feedback and market trends
• meet performance goals
• participate in training and special projects.
