What you'll do

• Identify growth opportunities and engage customers
• implement corporate and regional directives
• review financial statements and reconcile reports
• monitor accounts receivable, payroll, expenses, and KPIs
• resolve customer complaints
• recruit, hire, train, and mentor employees
• maintain employee relations
• oversee auction inventory, site conditions, safety, maintenance, sales promotions, and compliance.
