Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem

The Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem role is onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with compensation of $45–$50 per hour. The nurse supports a busy ambulatory surgery center. The role provides perioperative nursing care, monitors patients during procedures, prepares equipment and supplies, and coordinates with the surgical team to support safe and efficient surgical care. Saturday availability and at least two years of operating room experience are specified.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technicians
• monitor patients, vital signs, and anesthesia effectiveness
• administer medications and interventions as directed
• prepare instruments, supplies, and equipment
• document patient information
• adjust care plans based on patient and family data
• follow aseptic technique and patient identification and surgical-site policies.

Why this role

Requires a valid Florida RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, two years of operating room experience at an ambulatory surgical center, and at least one year in orthopedics, pain, neuro, or spine. BSN and specialty certification are preferred.
