What you'll do

• Answer phones and provide client support using empowerment-based models
• model healthy relationships and nonviolent conflict resolution
• maintain shelter safety and security
• participate in shift-change reports
• support health and safety standards
• explain shelter policies
• assist with cleaning, routine maintenance, and donation inventory
• monitor cameras and secure doors and windows
• respond to emergencies
• assist with intakes
• prepare and serve meals
• document shift activities and incidents
• and attend monthly staff meetings.
