What you'll do

• Conduct real estate and housing market research, prepare real estate pro formas, analyze demographic data and economic impacts, develop infrastructure funding and financing strategies, review public policy and regulation, perform case study research and GIS mapping, and help prepare reports, presentations, Excel models, marketing materials, and proposals.
